Just a short distance away lies Vrindavan, a town filled with ancient temples and stories from the life of Krishna and Radha. Along with other holy places like Barsana, Govardhan, Gokul, Dwarka, Kurukshetra and Puri, Mathura and Vrindavan form an important path for Krishna devotees. Here, the local greeting Radhe Radhe or Hare Krishna reflects the deep devotion found in the region. Many believers also have faith that Krishna still roams Vrindavan during the night to spend time with Radha.

Description

Day 1: Pickup and Vrindavan Sightseeing

  • Pickup and travel to Vrindavan.

  • Start your pilgrimage by visiting the renowned Banke Bihari Temple, known for its vibrant atmosphere and unique darshan style.

  • Continue to Radha Vallabh Temple, Vaishno Devi Temple and other nearby temples depending on time.

  • Visit the sacred Nidhivan.

  • Explore other popular temples such as Radha Raman Temple and the ISKCON Temple.

  • In the evening enjoy the beautiful light and sound show at Prem Mandir.

  • Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Mathura and Gokul Explore

  • Head to Mathura and visit Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and the Dwarkadhish Temple.

  • Continue to Gokul, located close to Mathura, famous for places connected to Krishna’s childhood.

  • Visit attractions like Gokulnath Temple, Raja Thakur Temple and Brahmand Ghat.

  • Explore Chintaharan Mahadev, 84 Khamba and Raman Reti.

  • Witness the Yamuna Aarti at the ghat.

  • Return to the hotel for the night.

Day 3: Barsana, Nandgaon, Govardhan and Drop

  • Travel to Barsana, the birthplace of Radha Rani, and visit the well-known Shriji Temple and Ladli Ji temple.

  • Continue to Nandgaon and explore Nand Bhavan Temple along with holy spots like Yashoda Kund and Sunheri Kothi.

  • Proceed to Govardhan, famous for its sacred hill.

  • Visit Govardhan Parvat and do the Parikrama (walking or by available E-rickshaw options).

  • Explore famous temples here including Mansi Ganga, Haridev Temple and Daan Ghati Temple.

  • Drive back to Mathura and drop.
