Sharing of information
Relevant trip and contact details may be shared with assigned drivers, transport partners, hotels or other providers where necessary to deliver a service you request. We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers.
Booking and messaging channels
When you contact us through WhatsApp, telephone or a third-party payment service, that provider may independently process your information under its own privacy terms. A website enquiry does not itself guarantee a confirmed cab or hotel reservation.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is entirely risk-free. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for bookings, support, compliance, dispute handling and legitimate business records.
