Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility for One-Way Cab, Temple Tour and Sightseeing cab bookings follows the time-based Cancellation Policy. The applicable percentage is calculated on the eligible booking advance actually received by Marwari Cab.
Hotel and multi-day tour package refunds depend on the supplier-specific terms disclosed before confirmation. If separate service components are booked together, the applicable terms may differ by component.
Approved refund timeline
Once a refund request is approved, Marwari Cab will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days. This is the initiation timeline, not a guarantee of when funds will appear in your account. Banks, UPI apps and payment processors may take additional time to complete settlement.
How a refund is returned
Refunds are normally returned using the original payment method where technically possible. If another method is necessary, we may request verification to ensure the payment is returned to the correct person. Never share your UPI PIN, OTP or password with anyone claiming to process a refund.
Cancellation by Marwari Cab
If Marwari Cab cancels a confirmed booking and you decline an offered alternative, you will receive a full refund of payments for the unprovided service.
Duplicate or excess payments
If we verify that you paid twice or paid more than the correctly confirmed amount, we will arrange a refund of the excess payment. Please provide payment references so the transaction can be matched.
Trips already started
Where a trip has already begun, a refund is not automatically calculated using the pre-pickup cancellation slabs. We will review services already provided, applicable third-party costs, the reason for interruption and statutory consumer rights before determining any eligible amount.
Requesting a refund
- Contact Marwari Cab via the official channels on our Contact Us page.
- Provide your booking reference, registered mobile number, travel date and payment transaction reference.
- Include a short explanation of the cancellation or payment issue. We will review the claim and notify you of the outcome.
Applicable rights
These terms do not limit refund or consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
