This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services booked through Marwari Cab.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by the Customer:
  • More than 72 hours before the scheduled travel: If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time, you will be eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Between 48 to 72 hours before the scheduled travel: Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled departure time will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before the scheduled travel: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time are not eligible for a refund.
  1. Cancellation by Marwari Cab: In the unlikely event that Marwari Cab needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle breakdowns or driver unavailability, you will be offered the following options:
  • A full refund of the amount paid.
  • An alternative booking at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  1. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up at the designated pick-up location without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

Modification of Bookings

If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change the travel date or time), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The following conditions apply:

  • More than 72 hours before the scheduled travel: Modifications can be made without any additional charges.
  • Less than 72 hours before the scheduled travel date: Modifications are subject to a 10% administrative fee and are contingent upon availability.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after your request is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain promotional offers, discounted bookings, or special packages may be non-refundable. These will be indicated at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for services that are explicitly marked as non-refundable.
